Ben Abdallah, Rihab
Rihab Ben Abdallah is a Ph.D. student in food science at the Institute for Nutrition and Functional Foods (INAF) at Laval University. After earning a bachelor’s degree in applied plant biotechnology and a professional master’s degree in risk management and biotechnology (Tunisia), she is continuing her research on the analysis of risks associated with antibiotic use, using a “One Health” approach to manage antibiotic resistance. Her doctoral project contributes to the optimization of strategies for combating and controlling the risks associated with antibiotic resistance.
