The Institute of Nutrition and Functional Foods (INAF) and the Department of Food Science of the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Science (FSAA) at Université Laval, Québec, QC, Canada has launched a Platform on Food Risk Analysis and Regulatory Excellence.
