Shirani, Fatemeh
Fatemeh Shirani is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Food Science under the supervision of Professor Samuel Godefroy. Her research studies focus on the development of enhanced allergen management practices in foodservice establishments. She holds a master’s degree in Agri-Food Production and Innovation from University of Bordeaux (Université de Bordeaux), France. She has research and development experience in the agri-food sector, as well as expertise in food quality control.
