Éliane holds a Master's degree in nutrition from Laval University since 2011. She is the coordinator of the PARERA platform and of two Associated International Laboratories (LIA), the LIAAN on the bioproduction of natural antimicrobials (University of Lille) and the LIA Optinutribrain on nutrition-brain (University of Bordeaux).

She is also the international affairs coordinator at the Institute of Nutrition and Functional Foods (Laval University) and works closely with researchers and partners from different countries on the development and implementation of research projects, clinical and epidemiological studies and scientific events related to nutrition and health.
