Kenfack, Jostelle Marina


With a bachelor's degree in biochemistry from the University of Yaoundé 1 and a master's degree in biotechnology and development, Jostelle Marina Kenfack is currently pursuing a master's degree in food science under the supervision of Professor Samuel Godefroy. Her research project focuses on characterizing the performance of a mixture of antibodies in the context of cross-reactivities, a phenomenon that occurs when antibodies react to similar proteins from different foods. This work aims to improve the accuracy of food allergen detection tests, by addressing the challenge posed by these cross-reactivities.
