Hell, Attara
Attara Hell, Ph.D. candidate in Food Science under the direction of Professor Samuel Godefroy, holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from Université Laval. His research project is to develop a new approach to assess National Food Control System (NFCS) adapted to developing countries. He is particularly interested in NFCSs from developing countries and the use of information technology (IT) to reduce the cost of resource mobilization for NFCS improvement.
Attara defended her thesis in December 2025 and works as a bio-food development officer for the Montmagny Regional County Municipality.
