Baudouy, Iyo


Iyo Baudouy is a PhD candidate at Université Laval with a background in environmental chemistry and materials science. She completed an engineering degree at Chimie ParisTech and a double degree in materials science at Mines Paris. Prior to starting her PhD, she gained experience in environmental assessment, industrial waste management, and regulatory science, including work at the European Chemical Agency on exposure assessment. Her research focuses on contaminants in feed systems, with particular interest in heavy metal contamination trends, environmental exposure pathways, and the impacts of climate-related factors on food and feed safety. Her broader interests include risk assessment, sustainability, and regulatory science.
