Ballout, Ali

Ali Ballout, holding a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from Polytech - Université La Sagesse in 2022, pursued his academic journey with a Master's degree in Sciences and Technologies of Agriculture, Food, and Environment, specializing in Quality and Food Safety, from the Aix Marseille University in 2023.
In 2024, Ali initiated his doctoral studies in Food Regulatory Sciences at INAF - Université Laval, focusing on the management of mycotoxins in food products. Mycotoxins, produced by fungi, pose significant health risks when contaminating various food items. Ali's doctoral project aims to contribute to food safety by exploring innovative strategies for the effective detection, prevention, and regulation of mycotoxins in the food industry.
