Vatin, Gabrielle

Gabrielle has been pursuing a degree in regulatory food science since 2017 with her first Master's degree in Food Science in 2019 at the University of Nantes (France). In 2020, she is starting a master's degree at Laval University on regulatory management methods of food fraud in the meat sector, and has completed an accelerated transition to a PhD in summer 2021 on the same study project with a concentration in Food Regulatory Sciences. Gabrielle is interested in the field of regulatory sciences and all things related to food fraud.
