Touma, Joseph M.Sc
Joseph is a PhD candidate in Professor Godefroy's team since 2018. His research activities consist in the evaluation of the allergenic risk posed by sesame in Lebanese products sold in Lebanon and Canada. He is doing his PhD in parallel with his professional activities at the Lebanese Agricultural Research Institute (LARI).
