Kos, Gregor

Gregor is a specialist in the field of analytical chemistry and the environment. His main interest is the study of contaminants in complex matrices. He obtained his PhD at the Technical University of Vienna under the supervision of Dr. Krska for the development of a rapid infrared analysis methodology for the estimation of mycotoxins in food. His research focus is, among others, the development and application of Machine Learning methods in predictive modeling for mycotoxins in complex matrices. He teaches courses in analytical/environmental chemistry and advanced data analysis.

He is a senior lecturer and researcher at Concordia University since 2016.
