Publication in Ulaval Nouvelles

People allergic to milk should be wary of products labelled "vegan" or "plant-based" on their packaging, suggests a study by a research team from Laval University and Food Allergy Canada. Nearly 6% of these products contain dairy proteins, the study's authors demonstrate in an article published in the journal Allergy, Asthma and Clinical Immunology.

Our team's work caught the eye of Ulaval nouvelles, who decided to promote our results and publish an article for the Université Laval campus.
