Our students Gabrielle Vatin and Kamila Lizée both gave oral presentations at the INAF student symposium on their respective projects. Gabrille presented her results on food fraud and Kamila presented her results on the use of allergen thresholds for precautionary labeling.
The conference was held on the campus of Laval University on March 2 and 3, 2023.
The feedback on their presentations was excellent and Kamila even won an award for her presentation.
