Kamila Lizee completed her B.Sc. in Food Science and Technology at Laval University in 2021 and is currently doing her M.Sc. under the supervision of Professor Samuel Godefroy. Her research evaluates the risk faced by allergic citizens who consume Canadian prepackaged foods bearing a precautionary statement (May contain) and the potential benefits of using allergen concentration thresholds as a tool for managing precautionary statements.
