Accessibility of data vis-à-vis the occurrence of food allergens in foodstuffs with precautionary allergen labeling

As part of our objective of data generation regarding the occurence of food allergens in food products, we would like to share the data generated within the framework of a project concerning the presence of allergens in foodstuffs with precautionary allergen labelling to all interested stakeholders.


These data were the subject of two scientific publications from our team. The first is titled "Occurence of milk and egg allergens in foodstuffs in Canada" and is published in the journal Food additives & contaminants: Part A. The second publication is titled "Peanut and Hazelnut occurence as allergens in foodstuffs with precautionary allergen labeling in Canada" and accepted in principle in npj - Science of Food, a Nature partner journal.
