PARERA platform presents its work on food fraud

The PARERA platform in close collaboration with the "centre declic" goes to Dolbeau Mistassini for the "festival du bleuet" (blueberry) to talk about food fraud


The PARERA platform wants to communicate more and more about its research to the general public.

Following our interventions at the "Expo Manger Santé" in Quebec, and the "Expo agricole" in St Hyacinthe, the PARERA team and the "Centre Déclic" takes the road to Dolbeau Mistassini to give a presentation on food fraud at the "festival du bleuet" (blueberry) this Friday, August 2 at 10am (suite 117).

Our goal is to talk to you about food fraud, to share the latest findings from scientists around the world, to give you the tools to take action and to protect yourselves against fraud and to respond to your questions.
