Participation in the Canadian Food Summit

Two of our students (Gabrielle Vatin and Kamila Lizée) participated in the conference organized by the Canadian Institute of Food Science and Technology (CIFST), which was held at the University of Guelph from June 1 to 3, 2022.

Gabrielle presented some of her work on fraud, including her experiments to distinguish fraud from cross-contamination, and Kamila presented her work on risk assessment for certain allergens in foods with precautionary labelling.
